• replace current windows w/ 3 arch windows (rough openings each 4' wide x 90" high -- 6" off left wall; 16" off right wall)
• move rough opening for door to the right and replace with arch door.. current door move to small south bedroom
• redo many rough openings for fitting larger windows
• also raise ceilings along the south side in kitchen, small bedroom and master bedroom/
/replace wall with 3 archways/
/remove overhang roof/
/• replace master bedroom sliding door on left with glass door
• push out right 2/3 of south wall 3' or r4' to become a rectangular reading nook.... glass windows on 3 sides... walls come up 3' from floor to window height... /
/exterior view -- reading nook would be on the left side.../
/move bathtub-shower area foward and use current bathtub space for Master bedroom walk-in closet/
/extend to make new 2-car garage/
/• turn garage into living space, turn half-bath into full bath
• widen south windows...
• open up east side of garage -- add turret 3 stories... 1/3 length of east wall centered on east wall... connect top floor into bonus room... connect 2nd floor into main level ... install stair to bottom level... open up storm shelter to become finished downstairs... room connected with turret./
/• turret needs to extend up the middle three stories to connect to roof-level bonus room.
• turret extends down to ground (need to lay foundation)
• open up storm-shelter door to become an archway. pull new roof out first floor over so space added to the "basement" room -- connect with basement level of turret/
/add 4 dormers -- 2 on east and 2 on west roof slope over garage/
/add 4 circular windows on gable to left and right of current... 2 on south side, 2 on north side/
/build new 2-car garage out front of current one... pull roof line down from under upstairs window/
/add deck and new stairs/
/rebuild boat dock/
